  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and attach it securely to the original packaging.

  Drop Off Package

  Take your package to any authorized carrier drop-off location and ensure you receive a tracking receipt for your records.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
